Meet Matt Crosby

Matt grew up around computers. His mom is a computer scientist at the University of Hawaii. He remembers the days of punch cards, 5-inch floppy disks and 4-foot server hard disks from 1965 that would hold a staggering 4MB. He studied graphic design and has worked for companies like King Soopers, Domino’s and D&K Printing. Previous IT experience includes working as Tier 1 tech support for Apple iPhone and America Online.
Matt feels one of his biggest accomplishment was when he worked as a graphic designer and had to manage a large print job that had 20,000 copies with 64 pages per book. It took only a week from setting up the files, to printing and binding, before it was ready for delivery.
Matt strongly believes the needs of the clients come first. His number one responsibility, as tech support, is to solve problems for the client as quickly and thoroughly as possible, with the least amount of interference.
For five years, he was a soccer coach for B-Elite and Skyline. He had the honor of working with coaches from Barcelona, one of the best clubs in the world. That was an experience he will never forget! It was also a great way to keep in shape and have fun on the weekends. Now, he stays in shape and has fun by going biking and doing yard work.
