There are two levels of training; the Lite version and the Premium version. The Lite version will be rolled out to any clients who wish to try it out over the next upcoming months, and will be included as part of our BasiCare Agent pricing in the next contract renewal. An upgrade to the Premium version can be done at any time for a very low cost.
