Most of us have had the experience of our computer failing at the most inopportune time.  That happened to me recently and I went into panic mode.  My email was hacked and I wasn’t sure if my bank account etc. were hacked as well.  One call to Ivan at Akamai Systems Consulting and I went from panic to relief.  Ivan was able to get me up and running quickly while mitigating the hacking problem. Not only does Ivan know his technical stuff, he’s got a great personality and a calming demeanor.  So next time…and there will be a next time…Ivan is my go-to guy!
