Robert Perry

(720) 552-8085

IT Support Specialist

Robert currently lives in Morrison with his wife and son. He was born in Indiana and moved to Michigan a year later, where he lived for the next 32 years. He studied Computer Information Systems and earned 2 Associates degrees. In his younger years, he loved disassembling computers and putting them back together. This opened up the curiosity for wanting to do more things with technology. So he started learning how to program with different kinds of code. Robert has always liked being in the service industry as helping others has always been a true passion for him.

While previously working at Geek Squad for 5 years, Robert started at a customer service position. He was then promoted to Consultations, then to Advanced Repair, and then to Geek Squad Manager. He finished with Geek Squad doing Field Technician work in residential homes.

Robert loves all sports, but specifically Michigan Wolverines football and basketball. He also loves to play poker. But since his son was born, Robert has put all family activities such as hiking, going to festivals, and playing baseball with his son and wife at the top.

Team Mascot

Jax is the Akamai team’s loyal mascot. He joined the Akamai team in the summer of 2013 and is especially good at alerting us when there is a delivery as well as being a great companion at the office.

Before joining Akamai he had an unknown past. He was found wandering by DIA and put into the Denver Animal Shelter. He ran out of time there and was taken in by Evergreen Animal Protective League. Again, he ran out of time but was taken in by a foster family for a week before he rescued us.

Jax loves to spend time with his pack, fetch balls, sleep, go on hikes, and is happy to clean up any leftovers from dinner.
